Please inspect items immediately upon arrival for damage. If you would like to return something, please contact us within 7 business days to facilitate your return. Custom items are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that are marked “final sale,” “custom,” or “made-to-order” are not returnable, nor can we adjust prices for items within an order or cancel orders. You can find out if an item is not eligible for return in its product description.
Return shipping and restocking fees
Return shipping and restocking fees may apply based on your preferred form of credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Original Form of Payment
Return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund when you choose to have your original form of payment credited. See below for more information about shipping and restocking fees.
For items shipped via FedEx that are eligible for return, there is a flat $20 return fee per shipment. If you are returning multiple items that arrived in separate shipments, each item will incur a separate $20 fee.
White-glove and entryway items
For items shipped via white-glove or entryway delivery that are eligible for return, the return shipping fee will be a flat $250 fee per shipment and a $50 restocking fee per shipment.

Preparing For Delivery
Please make sure you have measured all doorways and stairwells to ensure your furniture will fit. Unfortunately, we cannot take back any pieces due to measurement issues. We recommend you have rubber gloves and shoe covers on hand to issue to the delivery team. We ask them to always use them, however, unfortunately we don’t have perfect control that they comply. We recommend this to protect your furniture and home during the delivery and set up process.
Inspecting Your Furniture on Delivery Day
A delivery team will bring your furniture into your room of choice and assemble it completely. You will need to inspect your furniture carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit. If issues are found, document them with the delivery team before they leave, and send us an email right away with photos. Prompt attention to this matter is critical for a resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot hold the delivery company responsible if we are notified days or weeks later.
